    The number of qualifying children you have is three or more and your income is less than $43,352 or if you are filing your 2010 tax return as married filing jointly then your income should be less than $48,362.
    The number of qualifying children you have is two and your income is less than $40,363 or if you are filing your 2010 tax return as married filing jointly then your income should be less than $45,373.
    The number of qualifying children you have is one and your income is less than $35,535 or if you are filing your 2010 tax returns as married filing jointly then your income should be less than $40,545.
    The number of qualifying children you have is zero and your income is less than $13,460 or if you are filing your 2010 tax returns as married filing jointly then your income should be less than $18,470.
