Remember to recover that is take rest, sleep, eat and of course drink lots of water. Sleep for eight hours per day. Drink plenty of water not only to prevent dehydration but also to help muscles grow. Rest is needed for muscles to grow. Eating is important as muscles formation needs calories.

You should eat whole foods and avoid processed foods. Eating fish, eggs, and milk for protein. Oats, brown rice, and quinoa should be eaten for carbs. Eat tomato, broccoli, and spinach under vegetables. Under fruits eat apple, orange, banana. Real butter, fish oil and olive oil should be consumed.
You should eat as your body needs food to recover. Eat a solid breakfast and eat after a workout. You should also eat six times a day so that your body has enough supply of protein.

Gaining weight is also important, you cant gain muscles without putting on weight. You should eat calorie dense foods to gain weight. To gain weight you should also drink whole milk.

Gain protein, provide your body with enough protein for it to build muscles, providing your body enough protein so that it can build muscles is important. Eating a protein rich diet is a must. Eat buffalo and deer under red meat. Under fish you should eat sardines, salmon, and tuna. Under poultry you should eat duck and turkey. Egg yolk should be consumed as they provide lots of vitamins. Under dairy you should consume quark cheese, cottage cheese and milk.

And the most important step is to persist in this venture. The more muscles you want, the harder you should be willing to work.
